01The agency offer

Sell the operating system, not a pile of disconnected tools.

Give each client a customer system shaped around the business they already run, while you keep the platform layer and support relationship.

Start with their business

Open a salon, HVAC, lawn care, bakery, restaurant, or another supported room and show the client a workflow they recognize.

Put your brand on it

Use your agency name, domain, accent, offer, and client price instead of sending the client to another software vendor.

Keep the account relationship

Manage the platform, client workspaces, support, setup, and extensions as part of your own service.

02Client delivery

One platform above separate client workspaces.

Each client gets operating records for their own business. The agency owner gets a platform view for setup, readiness, billing, and support.

Client CRM

Customer records, activity history, pipeline stages, tasks, calendar, and reports.

Lead capture

Hosted forms and booking requests that write into the client workspace.

Selling tools

Products, services, quotes, invoices, and a Stripe payment path.

Client surfaces

Website records and public link pages connected to the same CRM.

Vertical packs

Business-specific terms, fields, forms, activities, and pipeline defaults.

Platform layer

Agency home, sub-accounts, billing readiness, health, setup, and owner controls.

03Ownership

The control is real. So is the responsibility.

Your agency controls the source package, hosting, database, domain, Stripe account, email sender, and roadmap. You also own patching, backups, access policy, key rotation, and uptime unless you add a care arrangement.

Code

Your source package to extend.

Brand

Your product name and domain.

Data

Your database file and backups.

Services

Your hosting and third-party accounts.

05Straight answers

Questions agencies ask

The commercial model, client boundary, and current product limits.

Can I rebrand CRM Stack as my own product?

Yes. You can change the product name, domain, accent, client-facing pages, packaging, and client price. Your customers see the brand you operate.

Does it support multiple clients?

Yes. CRM Stack can run as a single-team CRM or as a platform with separate client workspaces and an owner layer above them.

Do I receive the source code?

Yes. The source package is part of the license handoff. You can extend it with a developer, Claude, Codex, or another coding tool.

What does each client receive?

Each workspace can include customer records, a pipeline, activities, tasks, calendar, forms, bookings, products, quotes, invoices, website records, link pages, and reports.

What still needs outside services?

You still need hosting, DNS, Stripe for payments, Resend for email notifications, a backup process, and any security or access policy your operation requires.

Does CRM Stack include SMS, voice, or marketing automation?

Not as current dashboard features. Those are customization lanes, not capabilities included in the current sales package.
